i've been looking around on the internet and can't seem to find a solid answer on whether or not no2 is safe to use or not. I was wondering if maybe someone here would know that, and if anyone could also tell me how effective it is that would be great too. thanks

I'm new to it aswell ekom, and I'll keep you updated If I feel any weird side effects. I recieved my bottle today, and took it a lil after I recieved it. Idk if it was the no2, but I did have to use the restroom a few min after, I can't imagine it would do anything that quickly, and I haven't had any problems since. I took it with 2 glasses of water on an empty stomach like suggested. I do feel kinda jittery but nothin extremely odd.

my 2nd dose today went fine, no problems at all... I was able to do 5 more reps of 155lbs bench than normal.. maybe it's cuz I was excited about taking the NO2, but hey, aslong as it's 5 more right.

Ok so my 2nd day *yesterday*, went great, didn't feel any negative side-effects, just the positive of being able to lift a lil more.

I used no2, and ce2, for 3 years and had nothing but good results. When I started it I had about a 10% increase in strength and the sustained pump is for real. Also experienced quicker recovery which made lifting more enjoyable. Didn`t notice any effect on my junk, except maybe some increased libido. I`d recommend it to anybody who wants to pay for it.

I've used NO2 and various forms of creatine, currently CE2, and here's my experience: Creatine: Works as reported. Faster and more complete recovery during workouts. Never had a problem. I find that I retain less water using an ester variant. NO2: Huge pumps after about a week of taking it as directed. But here's the downside. After about 3 weeks, I start to have problems with my shoulders being pumped so much. It's like the circulation is being affected. After about another week I start to notice cramping in various other muscle groups at odd times. Eventually I start having problems with my back cramping during workouts. I seem to be able to avoid this by reducing the amount taken or even cycling off sooner than recommended. The only thing I can figure out is that my muscle tissue becomes so filled with fluid that it's cutting off the compressing the blood vessels attempting to feed it. That's just my theory, completely anecdotal. Again, if I cycle it, I can get the benefits and avoid most of the problems.
Frame: 6'2", 225lbs. As of 7/10/2006: BP: 335 lbs. Curl: 120 lbs. Squat: 275 lbs. Military press: 170 lbs.

I've been using NO2 for many years and with no bad side effects. - NO VAPOR- seemed to me like there was to much caffeine or something, the pumps quickly went away and the desire to lift hard went down.
- Fast Twitch- Seemed pretty nice when stacked with NO2 black or NO2 platinum.
- Horse power- doesn't mix well at all, its nasty, and appeared to reduce the overall effects of NO2 by about 70%.
- NO2 Platinum- seemed to be a quality product although it makes you feel thirsty all the time.
- NO2 Black- overall this one's pretty good.
Working out while pumped on NO2 is a totally different experience. The abillity to push through the pain, and the desire to go work out and work out hard, well, I hope this stuff isn't bad for us because I like it alot.
