is it possible?? motivation needed

hey guys, im plannin to reach 10% boddy fat in the 7 upcomming months. iv lost till now 30 pounds in the last month and a half and im at 225 planin to reach 195 by june hopefully. i do three days per week cardio for an hour and a half and 3 days of bodybuilding. i think i eat right cause i go to a doctor who gives me my diet wich is basically a hell of a lot of protien. So basically its not just about the cardio its about the diet as my doctor says he even told me to lowwer my cardio for the upcoming months for 3 times a week of 30 mins. but i aint gonna listen i want fast results Do you think its possible to acomplish my goals within 7 months (im a really hard worker i dont even cheat when it comes to diets)?? i currently have 165 pounds of body mass (bones and muscles) increasing due to boddy building and i also have about 60 pounds of fat wanna get to about 175 pounds of boddy mass and 20 pounds of fat?? is it possible i need some motivation

The more you have to lose, the faster it can come off. You will find that the weight loss tapers, but don't be discouraged, slow and steady wins this race. Good luck
