WEll im thinking of getting a bowflex but im getting mixed reviews from my friends and stuff and i dont really know what to beleive would u recommend bowflex guys??

a set of DB and a bench is all you need tbh. i cant think of anything you cant do with those.

if you can get a gym membership, do that instead of bowlflex, you need to focus on non cable exercises. plus the experiences and what you can learn from other experienced lifters is priceless.
