so i saw this at bed bath and beyond for 30 bucks and couldnt resist haha, ive been wanting to work on my pull ups and this thing so far is awsome... It holds me with ease at 230lbs. Its also awsome for doing pushups as well..i plan on working my way to 50 non stop pull ups with this baby!! I know some others were wanting to work on pull ups as well and if you do i highly recommend checking this out.

I have one on my bedroom door. Do pullups all throughout the day. I also like to flip upside down on it and do other random stuff..

I have one, I'm just afraid of breaking my doors when I use it. I have a dip/pullup station and pullups on it SUCKS, it hurts my grip too where I slip too easy with it and almost need gloves. Hammer pullups are the most effective, I tend to feel better lat contraction with chins than pullups anyway.

I have the iron gym pullup bar that I can also do the wide grip and parallel grip pullups which I believe is the extreme version got for a good price and this thing helped my pullups like crazy mostly because I did them everyday alternating between different grip variations of it. It's also awesome for pushups; try doing decline pushups on it by putting your legs on a high chair and using this for pushups like 5x10 right after doing 4-5 sets of pullups feels great for off day exercising. Basically stuck at 7-8 chinups before having the bar in my house and now do easily 15-17 chinups with about 50 pullups within 4-5 sets every off day and increasing... enough said
