180 lb bench, VERY impressive! the max i've done is 145 with a spot and can do 115-120 on my own for about 8 reps. i'm 5'4 and 120 lbs.. not sure how much i can deadlift but my romanian deadlift is about 145-155.. your 360 lb deadlift sounds crazy but again, impressive!! :)

Cool! Welcome to DB! You are a great example of being fit, in shape, STRONG and yet totally 100% female. It is good to see sombody not believing in the myth that if you are a woman and you lift weights, you will be big and bulky like a man. You look great! Thanks for being part of this community.

Hi Marc, Thanks so much for the warm welcome! I've only browsed this board a little since I've joined, I haven't had much time to surf it in detail but from what I've seen so far, it looks like a great forum... and I'm SO happy that there's a special section just for us girls.. great to know there are other women out there who enjoy lifting as much as I do. I've been going to the gym for about 3 yrs but only lifting properly for the last year. I've gained a lot of muscle and I'm definitely leaner and more defined but I am not where I want to be yet. I want to lower my body fat percentage to about 15% and of course gain some more strength... I was actually at 14% bf last year but I wasn't able to maintain it and gained some weight back.. This time around I would like to be able to get there and STAY there.. Any help or advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated.. I'll post more pics soon.. My bf just took some pictures of me doing different exercises and I was actually surprised that I had so much definition :) I love the pain and burn! Thanks again and I look forward to contributing to this forum as much as possible!
