Hi all, just stumbled upon this site while hunting around on google. First off great site, been using search and looking around a bit, alot of helpfull info in here. Anyway if you can't tell by my name i am new to the body building world so any advice is greatly appreciated. First off some info about myself.

Male
28yrs
5'10
150lbs.

Now, some ppl have a fast metabolism i am sure. However mine may very well be close to the top of the list. Even doctors are amazed by it (ya i went). Basically i can eat 3 mcdonalds 1/4 pounders with cheese each day (in one sitting) and pretty much gain nothing. Hell i even ate 2 banana cream pies each week for a month to see if anything would stack on and it didn't. So when it comes to calories, they really mean nothing to me. However i noticed the recomended calorie intake listing and the adding 50% to that each day (the newbie guide) so i am going to give it a shot. My question is mainly about the meal replacement supplements and what some of you more experienced guys think of them.

I work 50 hours a week monday through friday as a truck driver. I work locally so i am home each day and off on the weekends. It is also a very physical job since i don't just drive from stop to stop. When i get there i move about 1500 pounds of product at each stop on a 2 wheeler up various ramps ect in 400 pound intervals. So if anything my legs always get a pretty good workout. However do to the nature of my job when working i never have time to eat properly and i know that if i want to build muscle, i really need to gain some weight. Meal replacement supps are not as good as the real thing i am guessing but i am sure they would be better then the normal crap i snack on from a 7/11.

I have read about weight gainers etc but am also worried about over doing it with the current calorie intake of the supps i have in mind. Below is a list of what i think i will be going with for a stack and would appreciate any information or advice you all could give me on this. My main goal is to add at least 15 lbs of muscle to start with but would love to go higher if possible. Baby steps you know. =] Just looking to get cut and have a bit more strength in the upper body. Thx again for any help.

Animal Pack
Muscle Milk
Creatine (dunno brand yet)
Meal Replacement (dunno brand yet)

Welcome to the forum bro. How many days are you planning to work out?

Meal replacement products are basically an overpriced peanut butter sandwhich.

Your boy cries but you proceed to fratenise with those baby blue eyes, eyes like the sky you pleaded for ties. Your stomach cries, and you envisionise a plate full of fries. Lord they are hot though, don't touch, I advise. But you are burned, and penalised, of course overdramatise and you get the prize. I am that boy baby girl and now I will end your 9 lives.

Picked up a weight bench with leg press/preacher pad and some dumbells etc. Still kind of researching that as i would like to have some type of workout routine each day. However i also read about over working out so i know i would need a solid rotation of which muscles i am working on so i don't over do it.  It seems that the 2-3 days off seems to be the popular choice from what i have read but i would love to have something along the lines of arms day 1, shoulders/chest day 2, legs day 3 for a crude example and wash and repeat through that.
