it seems like a lot i would switch workout 2 and workout 3 as i wouldnt want to do accessory work before the main compound lifts as they would most likely suffer.  Also the leg day looks absolutely killer with that 20 rep squats, and i would replace the hamstring extension with a stiff leg deadlift as your really need hip flexion to properly work the hamstrings, not just curl the legs.

Also the order of the exercises should always go heaviest-lightest, compound-isolation for the same reason i stated before you dont want to exhaust a stabilizer or secondary muscle in a majpr lift as it can cause the whole lift to suffer, aka the back day has deadlift last, it should be first.

the leg day i'm on now is really tough, so it woudln't be anything new.  but i had thought about taking out the hamstring extension.

would this be a good plan to follow for a few weeks though, or would you say scratch it?

no problem, i'll look it over some more tomorrow its past my bedtime (5am work blah) and see if there is anything else i would modify.  Its not bad especially if you switch workouts 2 and 3 because then you would have a minimum of 2 days between your chest day and tri's and the same with back/bi's so you should have any issues with one muscle failing due to fatigue from a previous workout.
