intensity or duration? - Wednesday, April 22, 2009 8:09 PM ( #1 )
I am trying to cut down my fat and I think my diet is pretty solid, but im not sure about my cardio.  After my workouts i run on the treadmill for a mile.  I always make sure to do it faster than the previous time so I am always keeping intensity up, but is one mile enough?  Like the subject states, is it intensity, or duration, or a combo that is most important?  Thanks
