intense workout. please critique

intense workout. please critique - Saturday, August 16, 2008 8:30 PM ( #1 )
I made this the other day and have done a single day of both shoulders and chest and also back and arms. Its a Heavy, Light superset workout, or post exhaust. whatever u wanna call it. This is just my upper body workout minus abs.

Everything is 3 sets
"/" = superset

Shoulders and chest
Reverse Dumbell military (for fronts) 6-7 reps / sitting dumbell shoulder fly - 20 reps
Straight bar military - 6-7 reps /  Rotator Cuffs on cable - 20 reps

Straight bar Bench 6-7 reps / Dumbell Bench Fly - 20 reps
Straight bar incline - 6-7 reps / Dumbell Incline Fly - 20 reps


Back and Arms
Barbell Rows - 6-7 reps / Dumbell Row - 20 reps
Wide grip chin - 6-7 reps / Close grip chin - 20 reps ( both chins i substitute with a lat pull down and bar,     other wise, this is extremely tiring on the biceps and well u can imagine.)

Shrugs 6-7 reps / Rope pull - 20 reps ( this is my own lift, it works the very top of your lats into your traps)

Barbell Curl - 6-7 reps / standing hammer curls - 20 reps
Curl bar Curl (on curl bench) - 6-7 reps / Reverse barbell - 20 reps

Overhead Tricep Ext (rope) - 6-7 reps / straight bar pull downs ( on cable) - 20 reps
Skull Crusher - 6-7 reps / Single arm pull downs (isolating on cable) - 20 reps
