im 15 years old and i need some information. first of all, i
weigh 142 right now. i've gained about 30-35 pounds since i
started lifting. ive been taking just whey protein for 2 months.
im starting to take N.O.S and i need to know when exactly
to take it, also, if theres any way to maximize the effectiveness
of the protein so i can gain more weight. my goal is to gain

EAT,EAT,EAT...personally, I would start off with a creatine instead of the N.O. as you are just starting off in the game.  Creatine is by far one of the best supps. out there as far as it's simplicity, cost and effectivness.  Just make sure to drink LOTS of water (1.5-2) gallons a day.  Put simply, if you want to gain mass, eat like a mad man, train hard, eat like a mad man some more and get plenty of rest (8-10 hours a night).  Remember, diet comes first, I guarantee that once you get your diet down and start to eat clean, you will notice insane gains.  Once your diet is sound, then start in with the N.O.S.  Hope that  helped, if you have any more questions, just let me know, I will be glad to help.

First, try posting your question in the proper forum- The supplement review forum is not really the best place to get the info you want.
Like SC said, you have to eat- Five or six meals a day, from the best possible food sources- Supps won't help you nearly as much as the proper food will, it's the key to success.
I'd reccomend you check out the nutrition forum for some ideas on how and what to eat, also try to find out how many calories per day you need in order to grow. Then, check out the training forum for some ideas on what sort of workout plan will work best for you.

If you are just starting out just keep it basic dude.......Whey protein and creatine monohydrate powder. Train hard, Eat even harder and get the proper amount of rest. dont jump on the roids bandwagon cuz i know that **** is spreadin like wildfire...theres other ways homie...and besides , nobody likes a cheat. Do a high quality whey protein once in the morning , the about 20 min after your workout w/ some creatine mixed in and then once again at anytime later on in the day. Protein is a must! NEver forget that.

If you get all that in order you will become bigger and stronger than any of your steroid using friends.
I've never touched a growth hormone or steroid in my life and yet i still curl 150lbs. A bunch of my close friends that i goto college w/ do roids and they cant get near that....so theres your proof. Plus i train extremely hard.....thanks to Disturbed haha ..love that ****..but anyway dude....like i said ...eat, eat, eat...train hard and stay away from those roids....PEACE

Hi Josh, im an Aussie who was a hard gainer and i found that if i blended a banana or two, some choc syrup and some peanut butter into my protien this helped me to gain weight and also gave me more go in the gym. A friend of mine who has competed and won several comps in Aus put me onto this mix.
