Honestly... 4-5% isn't a healthy level... Just from looking at your pic.. you appear to be ready for a bulk.. plenty of lean muscle with little fat.. I would seriously reconsider trying to drop that low.. those last few %s are a **** and you're bound to lose almost as much muscle as fat.. Unless you're prepping or a comp..or have the metabolism of a knat.. it's not worth it.. quote:

A fat burner isnt going to get you to 4-5%. Basically in the single digits of BF it is all about your diet. The only reason to cut that low would be for a contest. Sustaining that low of BF would be a pain.

oh, i thought a fat burner would help out..and the reason why i wanna get so low is because i missed the way my abs used to look in highschool (boy was i ripped), even tho i was sooo skinny (135lbs)..so now that i gained a good amount of muscle(180lbs) i want those same set of abs i had to with it : ) quote:

The best thing I ever used for fat loss was the eca stack, you know ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin. Very effective but you have to be extrmely carefull when doing cardio on this stuff, you can get congested heart failure if you overdo it.

Hey man, you look good in your pic. YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOSE ANYMORE from what I can see. You look ready for a clean bulk.

7-8% is lean if you want to lose more increase cardio and make sure your diet is perfect. Even then getting to 4-5% is very hard, dangerous so I wouldn't recommend it just make sure you bulk and stay below 10% body fat.

Sustaining that low of BF would be a pain. Switch from high rep ab workouts to heavier ab workouts. Crunches with a 45 pound plate. Or crunches holding a loaded up bar , balancing the bar will only increase the workout your abs get.(use clamps on the bar, weights moving is a real possibility). You can really get abs to punch out with a bodyfat below 10%.
