im 14 and just starting out but i need some help.

Hi im 14 years old and im just starting out and i found a Basic program for beginners but i dont know how to do some of the exercies. please help.
 
The exercises i dont know are:
  • Crunches
  • Bench Press
  • Incline Press
  • Maching Flys
  • Triceps Pushdown Dips
  • Leg Raises
  • Cable Rows
  • Lat Pull Downs (front)
  • T-Bar Rows
  • Barbel Curls
  • Leg Press
  • Les Extension
  • Leg Curls
  • Militaty Shoulder Press (to front)
  • Barbel Upright Rows
  • Aide Dumbbell Lateral Raises
  • Calf Raises
And could i possibe as what is meant by cardio.
Sorry about it being a long list.
