Hi im 14 years old and im just starting out and i found a Basic program for beginners but i dont know how to do some of the exercies. please help. The exercises i dont know are: - Crunches
- Bench Press
- Incline Press
- Maching Flys
- Triceps Pushdown Dips
- Leg Raises
- Cable Rows
- Lat Pull Downs (front)
- T-Bar Rows
- Barbel Curls
- Leg Press
- Les Extension
- Leg Curls
- Militaty Shoulder Press (to front)
- Barbel Upright Rows
- Aide Dumbbell Lateral Raises
- Calf Raises
And could i possibe as what is meant by cardio. Sorry about it being a long list.
