Best question I can ask you is- How's your eating? Why not list the sort of stuff you eat in an average day? To tell the truth, nutrition counts for more of your success than most people want to admit. Everyone would like to think that supplements are the way to go, that they can give you amazing strength and size just by having a shake or popping a pill here and there- The thing is, the ones that are worth your money are only worth your money if you're already eating properly to gain muscle- And then, of course, there are the ones that aren't worth jack. Companies out there know that there's a huge market of people just dying for the next fat loss or muscle gain miracle pill, and these companies are sadly more than willing to put something out there that claims to be just that- But the product sucks, and your money goes into their wallets regardless. Creatine- I've heard many people say they get amazing gains from it. I tried it a long time ago, and never really noticed anything- Of course, back then, I was eating like crap. I haven't taken creatine since, but what I did do was get on a good nutritional plan, and within the first six months, I put on over twenty pounds and made strength gains I had never dreamed of before. I have yet to come across a supplement that made that sort of progress with me- It was the right amounts of the right types of food that did it. So let us know how and what you eat, and we'll help out from there.

Ok...what is creatine and is it bad? Creatine monohydrate is a natural substance in beef and other things natural. Now it gets a little complicated. Your body uses adenosine triphosphate (ATP) as energy. After its use the ATP is then converted into an Adenosine Diphosphate and an Organic Phosphate. Upon contact with the creatine the Adenosine Diphosphate is converted back into ATP for your bodies use again. So having "Extra" stored creatine in your muscle cells is going to in theory give you a little bit more energy before you reach fatigue in each set and also as a whole in each workout. Creatine is not bad or harmful in any way. NO-Explode actually uses an ester creatine wich does not inhibit your bodies natural creatine absorbtion like creatine monohydrate suppliments. The strength you get from it is a combination of oxygen and creatine in your blood being pushed further into your muscles than you are used to because the NO-Xplode also has a vasodilator which helps dilate your blood vessels for more blood flow (The Pump).
