Im sure someone else can give a more detailed explanation, however, it is my understanding that the good fats which have many uses in the body which include regulating hormone levels (testosterone), and they are highest at night. as well as curving your hunger so you wont be as hungry.

i understand natural, thats what i mean to say. what is the benefit of having something that contains good fats before bed or even fat in general? i understand whats in PB(marconutrients) im just curious about the fat part.
