 i want to put on 15 lbs lean in 18 weeks

i want to put on 15 lbs lean in 18 weeks - Tuesday, September 20, 2005 9:56 AM
iv been going to the gym off and on for a few years only to end up burning out after a few weeks only seeing very little gains in mass, have even tried the help of a nute trainner, only to end up wasting money,

so whats it going to take for me to gain 15 lbs in 18 weeks naturally? wiht a good dite?

on the other hand unnaturally i have been thanking of a 12 week cycle of

sust 250 500mg/ew, EQ 400mg/ew for 12 weeks
and week 13 5000 iu's HCG week 14 3000 iu 15 2000 iu and follow up wiht pct clomid 50mg/ed for 2-3 weeks.

about me
i am 6'2
150 lbs
24 years old
body fat, im not sure guessing 7-10 %
i have a really high metabolism

i have never weighted no more than 155 lbs and no less than 148 lbs for the passed 6 years.

No flames from me just a flashlight on the problem.

  • Going to the gym on and off
  • Burning out after a few weeks
  • Looking for quick gains in large amounts of mass
  • Looking for a shortcut
I'm sorry but even with a cycle of illegal steroids, you still are going to have to go to the gym on a regular routine basis and workout for more then a few weeks hard.

Don't let anybody tell you taking juice that you can just go in, do a little yogo, chill.. and get HUGE!

Jay Cutler, Ronnie, all those guys.. and the guys that are big, work their butts off and live the life.

I think at your age, your stage in bodybuilding, taking a shortcut is going to leave you with less money, unnecessary risks and a warped view on bodybuilding.

And if you believe that you can just do a couple of cycles, get some slamming muscle and quit and keep 100% of the gains.

Think again.  It won't happen.  And hence, the psychological and physical additions to the cycle begin for many.

If anything, be a 100%, top of your game natural athlete before you even contemplate what you are suggesting.  Which I 105% recommend again.  But that's not up for debate.

yeah i know your right, i need motivation, maybe a workout partner would help me, im not going to join the dark side just yet.

Well compared to some of these guys i am a noob, but here is my 2 cents. I have been lifting on and off since I was in highschool, I am 25. Heh, I started out at 135 pounds, 6'1. That was 18, and now 25 I am 6'2 and 220 now. I got about 18 percent body fat, i am guessing not really sure. Your body I have gathered from experience, remembers muscle mass. What I mean is that if you were huge in muscle once in your life, it remembers when you try to get that way again, and it's alot easier to hit that mark again. My motabolism is somewhere in the middle so I can get fat, or get skinny. I am back on the training and in one month I have increased 30 pounds in bench and about 6 pounds lean muscle. I tried celltech, but my god the sugar intake is insane!!! It's impossible to try to cut fat whatsoever, atleast with my motab. I am religious with the protein intake and work out 5 days a week, and get plenty of sleep. I can really see the difference in my chest, shoulders, and tri's. I expect in about 2 years I could be at 260 and lean, but it's a challenge I tell ya. Dude, if I can come up from 135 to 220 of bulk mass I know anyone can do it. No matter what just stick to it, put some tunes on and just work out. I promise once you see the results, you won't want to quit. All I do now is heavy lifting. I keep it heavy and only do 3-4 sets of about 5-7 reps. Lifting heavy is what will get you the quick, big gains with the right nutrition and supplements. Keep with it man, and post how your doing. Take care.

im trying to get a dite together right now, i need to eat like at least 5000 + cals a day, cuase i work 12 hour shifts and do alot of walking on my job and not much sleep, cuase its at night.
