first off just want to inform you all that i'm a noob when it comes to bodybuilding so this topic might seem kinda ddumb for some of you people. I usually do 3 sets (about 20 reps each set) of bicep curls . I also do about 15-20 reps. per set for the rest of the exercises i do. After reading other people's workout routines on the "critique my training forum" i think i'm doing to many reps. and should cut down and just use heavier dumbells/plates. Also, i'm lookking to put on an extra 15-20. Currently i am 150 lbs (yeah i know i'm skninny as hell), 5'10", 18 yrs. old.

increase the weight to add mass, doing 15-20 reps will tone your muscles, not increase the size. find a weight that you can do about 8 reps with, and its ok if you hit failure at 7 and cant get the last one out, thats how you gain size, working your muscles to failure My school did tri fit testing today, which compares height, weight, flexibility, and bicep curl strength. Ive been in that rep range since about september. I went up 30 pounds in both body weight and curl, just to give you a little modivation that it can be done.

wow wat a weird school hahaha... how much u curl for each set? im tryin to perfect my form with 45's right now... im using a bit of the front delts (cheating) so yeah im still tryin to work up hahah

I heard that if u wana get 'cut' then u can even do a powerlifting routine but just up ur cardio quite a bit
