i need help - Tuesday, May 27, 2008 1:04 PM
i been working out for about 2 weeks on  my bowflex  and wen i workout it for about 40mins to 1 hour and i was at 156 and now iam at 152  is that about right i need help
 
cuuz i want a 6 pac and i need help do i need to just workout longer 
 
or what   iam 5ft4
 
cuzz i thank eat less workout more but still eat
 
so if someone  could help me that would be great
its not how hard u hit but how hard u can get hit
and push on and keep going

losing four pounds isnt bad at all, especially when you consider you might have gained a little bit of muscle in there. It's very well possible that you might have lost five pounds of fat and gained a pound of muscle.

If you want the 6-pac I think you need more than your bow-flex, PearlJammer is the best for these questions, ill P.M him if he does not manage to come across this

hay is this right i have no 6pac yet but iam loseing weight of fat off my belly
is that right for 3 weeks hay do have to get all the fat gone off ur belly to get a 6 pac
 
or do u just have to get a flat then the muscle will come
