I would recommend powder over pills or capsuls because you will get more for your money. I also like flavored bcaa becauses unflavored are kind of gross, but it is up to you. Xtend , ON BCAA powder, Universal BCAA powder are all good.

I like the ON bcaa pills.
The reason I got pills over powder is because I already take Protein powder and Creatine powder during the day, adding another drink I feel would just be too much for my stomach, JMO.
