Answering your questions:

In high school, I don't suggest a supplement, eat right and use some protein. Good luck.

If you're thinking about creatine but don't want to lose the definition and add water weight- Plus possibly lose some strength/size when you get off it- then think about another supplement. What, if anything, are you using now?

I heard creatine ethyl ester does not make you loose definition, or at least not as much as monohydrate, maybe thats just some crap i heard...

add a casein protein into your stack.  casein is the protein you should drink right before bedtime.  you could get syntha-6, muscle milk, evopro, gnc pm protein, etc.  theyre all casein proteins.

Creatine doesn't make you lose muscle when you cycle off. When taking creatine, you're muscles hold more water, appearing larger, when you cycle off, you simply lose the water and it seems as if your muscles have gotten smaller, but they haven't.

This water retention is also the cause of the lose in definition, but that comes back as well.

In the meantime, the creatine has helped you to work more, and heavier, usually w/ higher intensity, which equals more muscle in the end.
