certianly, but try slowing the tempo down, or throwing in a few more like hammer, reverse, some dumbell nosebreakers. your bis may peak a bit, but your arms require tricep mass also. after its too easy, try wrapping a towel around them, increases your grip and over all curling strength. but try some rows, compounds= good for many muscles, isolation= salubrious for one

then do compound! you have a barbell, right? start doing regular curls with that. besides, try doing 100 reps, see if anything happnes, a blend of all, sometimes.

mass comes with weight... you can slow down and increase your reps, but unless you move up in weight, your results will be minimal

You need heavier dumbells- And more compound exercises. Concentration curls isolate the biceps, which means you're able to lift a certain amount of weight. When you do standing barbell curls, or standing dumbell curls, more muscles come in to play to help with the exercise, which means you can lift more weight. The more weight you can lift- With proper form, of course- The more mass you get.

If all you have are 20's, then try curling them as fast as you can. Some people say slow down but i find that does absolutly nothing for me. Going faster will shock the muscles much quicker. But look into getting some heavier dumbbells.

off what misanthropy said, I read that some scientists did a study with the speed at which you use weights and such. A lot of people think if you go slow you dont have momentum on your side. In reality the paper said the people who went like 165% the speed of the control had a 70% better turnout then the people who did slow reps. and if you really thing about momentum, im pretty sure that you cannot turn downward momentum into upward momentum, could be wrong but the logic isn't there for me on that one. and from what my biology teacher told me , he said it would probably not be a huge assinst from the momentum(this guy is also the school football coach) of course he sometime makes stuff up so Smile
