hello all im new to the hole bodybuilding thing i use to just do the weights ect but i really wonna get right into it now first thing first im not that fat still have a belly ect and i am working my chest arms ect legs i am going to try and losse body fat but i dont like runing dont know why just dont like it but i ride a bike in the mornings and ride to and from skewl each day and do about 30 to 40 km a day is that good or bad and also how much and how far in km should i ride to losse body fat as farst as possible ???? if yous could just help us out that would be good im new so i dont know that i am doing im am 16 in march just thought i would let yous know that kk thanks all cheers
