i need some help with upper body

I've been lifting on and off for about two years, my longest period being about six months. I'm 16, just started football weights again, but high school workouts are only three things: power clean, squat, and bench (these are good, but very, very basic, i want a little more out of an hour workout, and to not work on 3 different muscle groups 3 times a week). I'm 6"0, 165 on a good day. I've never legitimately maxed out, but my best numbers are 315x5 squat, 185x3 powerclean, and 155x3 bench. Yeah, I would say I'm a little disproportionate, as I feel I should be able to rep at least 175x3 in bench. I go to a gym outside of football weights, so a good, intermediate level upper body workout would be greatly appreciated!! BTW, I just started using NO-xplode, works great if i have enough time to work on ONE muscle group, but not as good a "pump" when i go from squat to clean to bench. Also would like a little nutritional help if anyone is nice enough ( a nice creatine, protein, vitamin stack thats been proven). THanks

your chest does seem to be lacking but the rest of your numbers are pretty good. How does your team lift? every day, the exact same routine? Let me know and i can help you more, but incase i forget to look back at this lol...here are some exercises that will help your bench numbers: Incline bench, overhead press, military press, cable cross overs and flies(these two will help get a bigger chest but not necessaryily stronger...dont know if im making any sense), skull crushers, tri pushdowns, etc.
