are you doing barbell curls? That exercise has a reputation of making wrists sore.

Switch to dumbbell curls for a while and see if that helps.

When I first started lifting, I couldn't even do those because I didn't have any forearm muscle.

i had...and still have the same problem.....well the pain in my left wrist went away, and 2 days ago i got the same problem in my right wrist....i notice it happened after i did some intense forearm curls

i can curl dumbells with wery little pain in my wrists, but when i take just a 65lb. barbell in my hands and start doing bicep curls....it just kills me.

It also effects my benching.......i can bench ... but dont know what is my max. its just impossible just to hold the bar.

there is no pain unless i curl..or lift havy weights.

You think girls look at what you lift...or what you lift it with?
