i just wanna know your opinion - Tuesday, October 06, 2009 7:06 PM ( #1 )
im 18. i turn 19  in april and i have been BB since this past january. of course i have thrown a few weights around previuosly but not to this extent at all. my arms are a lil over 14 not flexed, i have no clue if thats how yer suppposed to measure. and my chest is 42 inches and i weigh around 178-180. . before i started working out i weighed 159 exactly in january. have i made good BB progress since then? or is that just normal progress? i am just wondering

You don't know what your lifts are? You must not of progressed much if you don't know that. Record what you do and how much you lift when you go to the gym, trying to progress each workout is key here in the early stages.

yup progressing with your lifts is the only way to progress

to get bigger you must get stronger even if its 2.5lbs every workout those 2.5lbs will eventually become a 45lb plate over time. you have to look at the long term with working out not the short term
YOU GOTTA EAT BIG, TO BE BIG!!
