 hypertrophy or strength?

could 3 sets x 10 replace 4 sets x 6, its just that im young, and right now im jsut looking to gain size and NOT damage my STILL growing body at 6"3.. would 3 sets of 10 make me add mass, whihc eventually turns in strength? thanks peeps

3x10 or 3x8 is fine at your level. You'll be able to gain size and strength. Just make sure you're eating enough and your sticking with free weights.
 
 To really focus on your strength you have to start off at 3x8 for 6 months then down to 3x5 for another 6-9 months and then down to 3x3 for another 6 months and then 1x1.
But don't have to worry about that now. Just stick with 3x8 or 3x10

Weight lifting will not damage your body but the steroid cycle you are planning to do will. I recommend you look up the endocrine system and also study up on skeletal bone growth before you start using illegal black market steroids. You are only 16 and are way too young for steroid use.
