you guys think that hydro whey and cell tech is a good stack? i'm really wondering if cell tech is necessary...

I usually take 5g plain mono in some gatorade powder cheaper and better IMO

I usually take 5g plain mono in some gatorade powder cheaper and better IMO
I don't know about better...but definitely cheaper. It's way overpriced...But is a good creatine supp...the best I've ever used....a close second is SIZEON by Gaspari. Hydro whey is awesome....If in fact you're talking about ON's 100% whey.....Only protein i use. I'f you've got the money....Cell tech is Damn good....If not get the powdered creatine.
Current Stack: HDROL,Celltech,Superpump 250, Glutamine,Beta alanine,Whey protein.

yes u can mix it , but you would want to take it with simple carbs to get it around faster for example juice , or take it together down it with the shake an a few mintutes later down some juice or somthing

the gnc store in my town hasnt gotten hydro whey in yet....its really pissing me off

cell tech suck! its horrible for your kidneys with all the sugar that is contains some 72g per serving!
