hurt myself question

Hi Dan, this morning i was doing some side lateral raises with 10 lb. dumbells. On the way up (only in my left arm) i felt a small pop or something in my shoulder blade region. I had to take a few minutes to rest before i could continue. I finished my workout with out incident, but as the day unfolded i felt a pain similar to having a "crick" in my neck.it went from my upper neck on the left side, to my upper shoulder blade. Just wondering if u think u might know what i have done? Thanks 4 ur time.

Ice it and see your doctor. Lots of things could be responsible for that. None of them desireable.
