i think thats alot of protein compared to carbs.  I also think thats too much protein shakes and bars.

and I think 3 scoops of proteing in a shake is a waste.. that would be like 75g of protein in liquid form... thats like a nice steak, or pound of chicken

That looks to me to just be enough food for maintaining your current size. Your going to need to at least double your diet plan to gain any real size. I also recently lost over 60 lbs of fat and I am now looking at putting on some serious muscle, and to do that I need to take in a whole bunch more calories than when I was losing weight. In weight loss I was taking in about 2000 cal/day. Now I am taking in about 3500-4000 cal/day. My overall weight has stayed steady doing light cardio 3x a week for 30 min. My measurements are increasing in all the proper places (and decreasing in all the right places too, belly and thighs). Time to get rid of the bathroom scale and start using a tape measure instead.

The best thing to do, is plan.  Figure out our budget and needs, and work around it.  If you know what you need and what you can afford you can figure out a kickass diet.

Any fruit is a great way to up your calorie and carb intake. Lots of whole grain breads are good for carbs AND protein. I have 4 slices of whole grain bread with peanut butter and a glass of skim milk for breakfast and thats tons of carbs to start you day off right, and contains about 50g of protein. No protein powder needed.
Next meal, 2 pcs fruit, 350ml of fat free yogourt, and HALF A SCOOP of powder with 250ml skim.
Next meal, some sort of chicken salad, 500ml of skim milk. Light on the salad dressing.
Next meal, more fruit or veggies whatever turns my crank, snow peas, broccoli, celery, carrots, apple, orange, and a protein bar.
Head for the gym........
Next meal, steak, or pork chop, or chicken, raw veggies, baked potato, or rice.
Last before bed, 5g glutamine mixed with a scoop of powder.

Huge amount of carbs in the AM, and not so much in the PM. That is a typical days food for me.  It takes a while to get into a "routine" of eating, but it's no different than a workout routine.
