howdy yall, well i guess ill just let yall know a little bout myself. im 23, well 24 in about 3 hours but anyway, ive basically just been getting sick of being out of shape and overweight. i have a friend who is helping me y working with me to make a workout plan and a diet plan. i tried several diets over the years and the latest one ive tried worked a bit but after looking about 15 - 20 pounds i kinda got stuck and stopped losing nor have i gained any weight. so i figured the best way would be to start lifting weights and excersising. i have a basic wiehgt bench with curling pas, inclin to decline bed, and leg curler, i have a pucning bag and i might be gettinga smith machine if its still available. i bike, blade and teach line dancing during the week, so i have a decent cardio prog. at the moment. i am very new to this so i figured id try to find a place where i could get some advice and help when needed and maybe help others so here i am. well i guess thats all for now.
