wats up, so i'm 20 years old, 5'9 190lbs. give or take, i have been training hard for almost four years. during that four years i Have expierimented with many different supplements. When i first started lifting i weighed a mere 150lbs. I have never taken a substantial break from suppies, by suppies i mean different types of andro to 1-test to methylated test, and about every related supp in between. Now im wandering if i should take a nice long break from these type of supps, just to see what happens. Or since im so young if i even need them. I have a good phisique with hardly any fat and a lot of solid muscle, but for the last few runs on ph's i haven't made any real quality gains. Even when i took M1t I tried it for a month got up to 198lbs pretty much all water gains and then i dropped back to where i was before i did it. As of right now i am finishing a bottle of methly d and topical bottle of 4ad. I have done this for about six weeks. I gained about 5 lbs. and cut some fat as well. I consider that successful. O yeah i took 3mgs. of the md and 400mgs. of 4ad. but my main question is would it be wise to do something like take tribulus, formstane for two weeks, then just stick to things like Nox3, arginine powder, glutimine, CLA, and no test booster at all, or would something like the new t-bomb 2 be recommended. i have also read things like people my age hve enough test, that it might even be bad for me to be taking the test boosting supps that i am. i would really appreciate some help w this i dont know what route i should take from here.

my nutrition is good, or i consider it good, i have at least 3,000 cals. a day, but somedays i slip. I never drink too much, nothing more than a few beers once a week. I take omega 3's and ample antioxidents after training. I always eat quality food.

what about having a lot more meat in my diet like beef, chicken and fish. I have also heard that having different sources of protein in your diet is better. Or would it be good to up the calories a lot and also up the use on fat burners like CLA. I mean i have eatin a lot more cals. before but i put on some fat in my gut, should i just roll with it and worry about burning the fat later
