Im not expert on nutrition but i think that 4 eggs a day is about the maximum that you should eat. 8 seems way to much. There has always been caution with eggs do to the high cholesterol it has. Are you eating the yolk as well or just the white? Also supersetting is working too opposing muscle groups back to back without have a rest in between e.g. Chest + Back - rest - Chest + Back - rest - Bicep + Tricep - rest - Tricep + Bicep - rest - Its very effective, especially if your against a time limit. thanks James

first off, if you are eating just normal eggs then yes you are consuming too much cholesterol from those 8 eggs, try mixing it up with some egg whites that way it is more protein and much cleaner for your body. i usually go with about 3 to 1 ratio, whites to normal eggs. and a superset, is when you do one particular exercise set and then do an opposing muscle group exercise right after it. the most common example would be to do a bicep/tricep superset, you would do a set of cable pulldowns for tris and then a set of barbell curls for bis, alternating as such.

It's alright to have 400 grams, as egg whites contain no fats/cholestrol. But it's best to eat a range of foods for their protein, i.e. meats, rather than just relying on eggs for its protein. You might get sick of it :D
