how much water should i drink a day if im starting creatine , it doesnt say on the can but i h eard u need alot , i wanna stay on the safe side

Drink around 8-10 cups a day, and you'll be just fine.

i would drink 8 to 10 cups when im not on creatine but if your on it i would drink between 3-4 litres

ive only been taking this for about 4 dayz now (xiyence nox cg-3), i follow the instructions exact and am not abusing it or taking too much .
but my kidneys seem to be sore , i try to drink as much water as i can
im only sore when i lay down to sleep at night , is it just because im not drinking enough water?
3-4liters after i take the creatine or just thruout the day

through out the day, what kind of creatine do u take, i take 100% creatine monohydrate and didnt get any problems.

yes , i dont drink much and have only been taking this creatine (xyience nox-cg3) for less then a week , but my bday is coming up and even this weekend i wanna get drunk , i just thought that with the **** hard on ur kidneys and alcohol it might hurt me

I definately think you should not drink. alcohol causes dehydration. while using creatine, you have to remain as hydrated as freakin' possible. drinking while trying to build is bad enough on your gains. I think you will really mess with your system if you get totally drunk or something, because you will be fully dehydrated.
if you do end up drinking though, just don't get drunk. stop after a few beers or so, don't over do it. make sure you drink 2-3 glasses of water before bed, too.

damn , i only wanted to drink tonight .... and i wanted to get right wasted , ill drink water in between..
i will be drunk but i wont over do it , cuz im a lightweight anyway , 3 beers and i got a radical buzz so... ahh , , ill take it easy!!! with water

what if ive onyl been taking it a week , and i havent taken any today and i drink alotta water throughout the day?? i wnt be drinking till like 9 ish and its 430 now????

You know, it is possible to be drinking TOO much water which could be causing a water infection and this may have lead to your soreness, ease down on the water for a few days and see if there is any improvement.
