could u just have a regular bodybuilder routine without the food routine n just the working out part n still have minimal to medium gains?

there are no ''bodybuilding routines'', bodybuilding is the sport. the diet, the training, the resting are all apart of it even if you dont have 1 element of it you arent bodybuilding.

if you had a weight training routine then you could achieve very minimal gains such as small increases in strength (but unlikely to occur very often due to overtraining and continuous plateaus) muscle gain is also even more unlikly to occur than strength gains due to the fact that growth happens with proper nutrition.

Well it is true that u will get better results with better nutrition but honestly u dont need to eat perfect to gain muscle, u will just gain more fat this way. as long as ur getting enough protein and calories u can grow. i have many friends who are alot bigger than me and stronger who dont watch what they eat at all, however genetics play a role in that too.  but if u want the best results stick with good nutrition.

proper diet is the key to bodybuilding.
the weightlifting is really just one big ass catalyst.
