You're doing well for someone just a month in a half in. Keep up the good work and get your diet down and you'll get the results you want. Make sure you're not cheating on those 225lb squats....go parrallel.

That's really odd for someone who has decent stats. My left arm is 14.5" and my right is 16 and yet you can bench roughly 15lbs less. In any case, you can't just ask "How long to get a 12 inch bicep?" if we don't know where you're starting from.

u seriously need to change that then, i used to be squatting more actually when i first started in the gym than i do now cause the owner said "ur not getting anything out of that" and i just dropped the weight and started going parallel/ all the way down and believe me u'll have to lower the weight significantly to do that.
