body fat measuring things dont work well at all, if you want an accurate one, you have your doctor do one for you. anyways, if you cut your calories down to basicly nothing, you'll start to tear down muscle i suppose, it would be hard, but once your body is in a "survival" mode, and its done eating up all your stored fat cells, then it turns to the muscle, and eats up that. If you are eating 2000 calories a day, and you want to burn fat, then burn 2200 calories a day, that is a good one.
