hi,
i am thinking of using whey protien and creatine but im not sure on how to take dosage..
i've heard that there is a loading period for creatine..

* ok do i take after the loading period 1 serving daily (same goes for whey protien)?

* When i do take it daily do i take creatine before my workout and after my workout do i have to take whey protien?

* Also i wanted to no what about my rest days..do i still have to take each serving for each supplement???

As far as creatine it depends on what kind you buy, some says take in the morning on an empty stomach and others say take directly after workouts. and the bottle will tell you how much to take. I recomend CellMass by BSN as do many other people (it doesn't have a loading phase which is nice).

The protein you want to take after workouts. there isnt a loading phase for that.

On non workout days you can take both if you want. I personally dont because that gets expensive after a while.

Also I you should look into NO-xplode it is a great product.

Heres how to take creatine ( I am assuming you are using the regular, pure kind?).

Take 3-5 grams daily.  On workouts, I take 6 grams, half of it before the workout and half of it after.

I don't load.  Its a waste and its dangerous, in my opinion, because all that creatinine (waste product of creatine) is probably going through the kidneys.
