i started lifting a couple months ago around the beggining of May. after about a month or so stretch marks started to develop on the inside of my upper arm. I stopped immediatley before it got any worse. sometime in the beggining of August i decided to go back to lifting and give it a try again. same sh*t as before was happening. Smile i still lift now but not as frequently as i would like cause of this problem. if anybody here can help me out then that would be great cause this is really gettin in the way of my lifting.

i hear ya brother, i have em on my back and i lil bit on me boobies. i think stretching helps, but really you just have to wear them like battle scars. also vitamin e... like mda says nothing really helpsSmile

It could be worse, you could have gotten them like I did... by getting fat. At least I don't have to worry about getting 'em again when I try bulking after getting down to a healthy weight again.
