I am currently a full time student at uga and only have 3 days a week to lift. Currently i divide my workout as follows
Day 1: Chest and tris
Day 2: Back and biceps
Day 3: Shoulders( push and pull) and legs
If i get a day 4 i do fine tuning excercises with light weight but mainly cardio
Any thoughts or suggestions? I know 3 days isnt a lot, but its what i have right now.

going to the gym 3 days a week is fine. as long as you hit every body part at least once a week. which you do so i think your routine is good.

i dont understand what push pull means on your shoulder day. on the fourth day dont work any muscle groups that you have already. even if its light weight. theres no point to it. i would work my forearms and abs on this day. depending on how long you want to be there you can do traps and calves too.

That workout split looks ok. However I like to work my chest and tri's on different days as chest workouts use tri's as an indirect muscle movement. If you can really work both on the same day then go for it. But if you find your not able to work your tri's as hard as you'd like on chest then change them to back days.
I do chest and bi's on the same day which allows me to use good weight and form without over tireing either.

Three days a week are OK. I'd work out your two body parts, agressively, for about 45 minutes and then do 20 minutes of cardio. I guess by "push - pull" on shoulders you are talking about shoulder presses and shrugs. Any kind of pull-down would benefit back and biceps, not shoulders
