honestly as far as pre workout supps it varies from person to person..top rated ones ive seen and used are superpump250, labrada super charge, no xplode(only if you ahve something else to switch it up with) and nitrobolic xtreme, and dymtaize xpand. ive never tried nano vapor but my friends have and said they hated it. As far as nitrix there really is no studies backing NO2 they are "theories" that if blood vessels are xpanded more than more amino acids and **** can be taken up but once again its a theory. Until supplements are regulated by the FDA who really knows what half the **** out there does. Your best option is this. Whey Protien isolate for after you workout (syntrax nectar is my fav stuff) Waixy Maize for pre/during/after workout (optimum nutrition) BCAA powder pre/during workout (xtend or purple wrath or Bulk BCAA) A preworkout supp if u need 30 min preworkout. Then a protein with mixture of whey, isloates, and caseinates to drink b/w meals and before bed my favorite is syntha 6. And if your really trying to get big use cytogainer or truemass between meals. Just really focus on eating a lot of food for breakfast and for your meal after you lift and never let ureself get hungry if you feel it coming grabt he first thing in sight and eat it. And aim to get 200-300g+ of protein a day. and 1-1.5 gallons of water a day.. a muscle is made up like 60% water and 20% or something Protien. and 20% of other **** (thats an estimate but its close) Your muscles grow outside the gym in your sleep so get adequate sleep and dont train 2 days in a row because a muscle does not start recovering until your CNS(central nervous system) recovers which usually takes 24 hours after a heavy day of lifting so technically u need 2-3 days to recover after lifting VERy heavy.

Cup or two of coffee pre-workout Either water or Gatorade during Tall glass of chocolate milk post-workout Now look at all the money you just saved! What is your diet like? All the supps in the world will do nothing foryou if your diet sucks. How many total calories are you getting aday? Fat, carbs, and protein?

BCAA powder? wont i be "full" of bcaa's with me taking the met rx tablets?

I'm taking Truemass right now, and it's baaaasically the "same" as Syntha-6. The only difference is that it has more carbs per serving (70g; 55g more than Syntha-6), and a few more grams of protein per serving (50g; 6 more than Syntha-6). It has virtually the same protein makeup as Syntha-6, and is timed-release. As a result, I don't see why you would need to take Truemass with Syntha-6. Just either or.

if your going 100% bulk you can just use true mass i just like to have random syntha 6 shakes too to get more protien and fiber with few carbs. And waxy maize is the fastest digesting carbahydrate it bypasses the stomach and goes directly into the blood stream thus giving you instand energy and for after you workout an instant surge on insulin BCAA's are BCAA's i just prefer powder over pill so i can sip it trhoughout workout. The reason i dont beleive true mass is good post workout is because it doesnt digest as fast as compared to Whey Protein Isolate + waxy maize.

Creation, I'm using Truemass as well, for both post-workout & before bed. So would you recommend keeping the TrueMass for pre-bedtime, and replacing the post-workout Truemass for a Whey Isolate/Waxymaize combo? Just wanted to be sure, thanks.

honestly i think truemass is way to many carbs for before bed but if your hardcore bulking its fine, but ya post workout the goal is replenish everything as quickly as possible because that post workout window isnt very long. Whey protien isolate + Waxy Maize + 10g creatine = best shake u can have do about 35-40g portien + 100g Waxy Maize and you should be golden. I also like to have 70G of waxy Maize to sip before/during to make sure i stay anabolic as possible. Just remeber this stuff goes into bloodstream almost immeditely so any time you need sustained energy just put some in a water bottle and keep sipping- football games, basketball games all that ****
