Cool beans. One question on taking the post-workout creatine with the post-workout protein shake... Cellmass says it should be taken on a empty stomach, and to wait 30 mins after taking it before you take your post-workout proteing shake. Should/are you supposed to do the same for most/all other brands of creatine?

im not sure about cellmass but usually you want to take creatine pre/ and or post workout Because when you finish working out you take all that stuff to create an insulin spike and insulin shuttles amino acids into your muscles, replenishes glycogen in the muscles, and during this time they say using creatine during this postworkout window with carbs and portein is the most effiecient because like the aminos and glycogen, creatine too is shuttled into muscles to get aid in recovery and prepare your creatine phophate stores for your next workout Just do your best to follow the cellmass recomendations but id recomend just getting some micrnozed creatine form higher power its 1000g for 20 dollars, best bang for the buck and its good quality. Dont wait 30 min before drinking your protien/waixy drink..honeslty tho i bet if you take cellmass an hour before workout or before bed you would be fine... but im not sure ive never used cellmass.

Wrong. Plenty of quality cheap whey comes from same manufacturers as the "quality" whey. Just gotta do some bargain shopping. And when I say cheap whey that doesn't mean you can't find "quality" whey brands for cheap.

right ok, how's this stack now? size on - creatine superpump250 - no truemass - protein weight gainer bsn nitrix tablets - no tabs EST Test Drive - testo booster Whey protein isolate/creatine - post workout (only post workout?) waxy maize/bcaa powder - during workout (waxy maize only during workout?) also, when do you take the bcaa powder/whey isolate/waxy maize? other than how i've put above

15 min Pre workout take 50-70g Waxy maize + BCAAs/Protein During = Size on After = Isolate + waxy maize... you dont really need bcaas with the whey protien isloate but if you want you can add it as well Just dont get blinded by supps in order to grow you need more calories consumed than expended. Just remeber that everytime you get full and take 5 more bites!

As long as your ingredients are good there is no difference.

Just remeber that everytime you get full and take 5 more bites! thought you said Creation Waixy Maize for pre/during/after workout (optimum nutrition) BCAA powder pre/during workout (xtend or purple wrath or Bulk BCAA) I also like to have 70G of waxy Maize to sip before/during to make sure i stay anabolic as possible. but now you're saying just to take creatine during?! should i take waxy maize/bcaa during? i'll also be taking superpump before dont forget, and that has to be on an empty stomach, so how do i take that aswell as waxy maize/bcaa pre workout? also, whats the difference between taking whey protein isolate (protein) and waxy maize (carbs and protein) when truemass has all that in one shake...? is the benefit of taking whey pre workout just for energy too? i'll get all that from the superpump wont i?

Truemass carbs on not digested super fast like waxy maize and the protien in truemass is a slower digesting protein Read the ingredients

As long as your ingredients are good there is no difference. Exactly. ON loves the people that think it is the purest, most quality whey out there, also the reason why it is expensive because they know they can get people to buy it. For a new company to break into the market they have to sell it for cheaper because they have no name for themselves, hence the cheaper price. If we went by price then you better go to whole foods and buy the 2lb tub for 40$ because it must be the best because it is so expensive. If anyone can honestly say they have seen a difference between one brand of whey compared to the next then they are full of it.

Creatine mono. Cheap and effective. Don't buy into the hype of gaspari and BSN, they are full of useless ingredients and less of what you actually want, creatine. To make it easier, take waxy w/ bcaa and creatine post WO. Then 20 min later have your protein shake. Then all you have to do before is take superpump.
