when i get stronger i will go get a gym member ship
This is a classic line
But if you wana burn that fat then you need to address a few things. First being your diet. Even if you are eating low amount of calories a day, if it's the wrong kind of food i.e junk, you aren't going to get anywhere. Eat healthily, preferably low on carbs with a high protein intake. Check your BMI and BMR and find out how many calories you should be eating to cut weight.
Secondly, assuming you don't have any workout equipment, then you want to be doing about 45min-1hour cardio exercise each day if you can, anything from high intesnsity cycle to running, and with that try and do situps and crunches, preferably with something with a bit of weight on your chest to give some resistance to your abs, you could also try decline situps and various other exercises that don't need gym equipment (google for exercises).
I think for a newbie, to be told to do HIIT 2-3x a week and full body 3-4x a week when your goal is to burn fat and have pronounced abs is a bit extreme. With a good diet and good cardio, you will get where you need to go. If you could post your height, BF% and weight, if not a picture, that would also be helpful.
Oh and remember to give your body a rest 1-2 days a week, you want to train abs 3x a week maximum roughly, preferably with a gap day inbetween each day.
