Lots of protein snack bars out on the market now. Most have 15-30g of Protein. Some have more Carb per Protein, and some have less. Read the wrapper for what you think you need, then go on taste. Some are like a chalky brick and some are like a snickers bar.

Hillbilly,

Here is a few that I use now for snacks:

cans of tuna.....very boring but at 40 grams a can, hard to beat that!

almonds-best nut you can eat and I never tired of them

protien bars-as Wetdawg noted, if you have a Costco/Sams club membership you can buy 30 packs for a decent price.

Protien Shakes-just keep a tub of whey protien with you and add water

Bring some egg whites to work. Have it with some milk.

If you are not cutting, I would say put the egg whites and some chocolate milk in the blender. The taste is amazing. Mine tastes like milk shake.

Just put 6 egg whites per serving.

Sardines work too, smaller can and you do not need an opener.
