how should this routine be performed?

found this routine online. with the sets changing from 10-8-6 reps, should I increase the weight each set as the reps become fewer? is it like a pyramiding program?

Flat Dumbell Bench Press - 10,8-9,6-7 Reps      
Dumbell Decline Flyes - 12,12,12 Reps      
Deadlifts - 5-6,5-6 Reps      
Bent Over Barbell Row - 10,8-9,6-7 Reps      
Lat Machine Pulldowns - 10,8-9,6-7 Reps      
Standing Barbell Curl - 10,8-9,6-7 Reps      
Concentration Curl - 12,12,12 Reps      
Crunches - 20 Reps

Barbell Free Squat - 10,8-9,6-7 Reps        
Leg-extensions - 12,12,12 Reps        
Military Press - 10,8-9,6-7 Reps

yeah.

reps go down, pyramid up in weight. Doesnt make much sense to just bench 225x10 then do it x8 or x6 does it?

little too many isolations in there for my taste, and i dont really dig the rep/set scheme myself.

im assuming your doing this as an A,B,A / B,A,B scheme every week?

Too much isolation and no hamstring work.

ya a/b/a, b/a/b I believe and I'd agree it's a little too much. I think I'm just gonna stick to fullbody for now
