Ok first off you weigh 140 lb. your not heavy so don't talk about "i'm heavy because of muscle" if all you have is 77 lb. in weights you have no business talking about incline bench 200 ish lb. If you have to ask this question then you can't. Sorry to sound like a dick but that was a pretty stupid question plus I had to convert all that stuff to lb. and inches so.. anyways how are we supposed to know how much you should lift with? You could bench 400 lb. or bench the bar we have no clue you have to figure that out yourself.

well i dont know the maximum for a 14yr old is.

but if you want to lift heavier i wouldnt recomend putting any more then 5kg and see how you go if you do it comfortabbly try more and so on. thats just from personal experienece so yeah.

i highly doubt someone 15 or 16 could incline 90kg

There is no limit or maximum at any age.  Lift as much as you can, don't worry about what other kids your age are lifting they will only cause you to subconsciously conform.  Saying you doubt a 15 or 16 year old can incline 90kg is a really dumb statement.  I've seen multiple 16 y/o's bench over 300lbs and I know a 16 year old that full squats over 500lbs.  Don't set limits on what you are trying to excel at.
Bench- 315 Squat- 345 Dead-  515

Total- 1175

Of course there are 16 year olds and even some 15 year olds that can incline 200 lb. its a crap load of weight but if you work hard at it, it isn't a very hard goal. But I pretty much garuntee if you have been working out with 35 kg and have to ask this question the answer is no. There is no minimum and maximum lifting lol.

it's not a great question because incline benches every where are totally different raised angles which leads to some being harder than others
