how long is this stuff good for?

ok, i ration out my food every day and bring it to work, but due to my own stupidity half of my food went bad, so now i want to bring some type of "emergency stash" to work... so, i'm thinking of bringing a small stash of oatmeal with a scoop of chocolate protein mixed in with it, and a bottle of Myoplex (the kind that's 42g of protein and comes in a pack of 4). If the oatmeal/protein is sealed in a tupper ware-like container, is the protein/oatmeal good for a while? if so, how long? also, the myoplex is unopened, but over time has ended up in and out of my refrigerator. would that cooling/warming cause it to go bad even though it was never opened?

To the oatmeal/protein question: Im pretty sure that if it is pretty tightly sealed then it should be fine for at least a month or so. As far as the myoplex it should also be fine till the expiration. I mean the stuff sits out in room temp at the stoor and im sure it was in somewhat of cool climate at some point in its existence, so im sure it will be fine.

the oatmeal/protein combination will be sealed, but what part of it will go bad? does just the oatmeal go bad and get stail? because if that's the case, i won't really care if it's stail...or will the protein mix actually go bad?

Everything will be fine. Just keep everything dry.

oatmeal mixed with protein wont taste great coz the protein powder and the oats soak in all the water and bloat up. u need to mix them up again and u ll end up with a paste kinda thing. im not sure if the nutrient composition will get affected. But yea, the stuff wont get spoilt. i been doing it for 4 years now so it's been good so far. i use tupperware to store too.

i usualy just cook my food on the spot or make it a few hours earlier than take it to school like i was buying cytogainer and found out it was whey and complex carbs so i made my own version i just mix in the blender some oats and protein make it into a powder put it in a water bottle and than mix water later on best drink before workout
