how do u guys do it??

well im going on a clean bulk, and i calculated i need about 3400 calories, where in the world is all this food supposed to come from? lol, i only wanna eat about 60 grams a fat a day, which is only 540 calories, leaves me at about 2800 calories left, i only need about 200-220 grams of protien a day which is about 800 calories...so 2000 calories worth of carbs??? 500grams seems a bit much to me, so far today ive eaten only 1600 calories ( i woke up at 2pm) and i have no clue how ima fit this other 1800 in today, eating healthy is hard, for breakfast and post workout i had a 2 servings of creatine, 6 eggs, 6 egg whites, and 16 oz of milk = about 1,000 calories, i wanted to add some fruits veggies and wheat bread for breakfast but my stomach had no room!
update! 8/3/09 maxes and goals bench - need to remax goal bench - 405 squat - need to remax goal squat - 500 deadlift - need to remax goal deadlift - 500 weight -174.8 8%bf

twistedlink Pasta is the food of the gods. lol im not much of a pasta eater, we have spaghetti like once a week over here lol, guess ima have to pick up a few bags of it

Brown rice and potatoes should do the deal. Oh and try not to eat really slow, that would 'fill you up faster'.

Ya eating enough is really difficult especially when you are cautious about what you eat. I am trying to keep this bulk as clean as possible without it not being sufficient enough. I actually don't calculate calories, i just go more off of how I feal and make sure to eat every 3 hours. I am pretty much always hungry so it makes it easy to want to eat. On occasion I will calcualte what I ate to get an idea, but I'm averaging 3-3.5k a day. Me and my gf make meal plans for the week and try to follow them but that'ts just dinner. I have resorted to eating beans and brown rice again, makes things a little easier.

jonb112303 twistedlink Pasta is the food of the gods. lol im not much of a pasta eater, we have spaghetti like once a week over here lol, guess ima have to pick up a few bags of it i think it was twisted link who said he can eat 500g of pasta in one sitting, whaaaaaaat!!?? i love pasta, but need to have it with something, and worst of all i like it with salt, so like you i cant just load up on the stuff unfortunately.

twistedlink Yes, i can...I dont see the problem with this...I thought that was normal... Admittedly...I need to have it in a casserole dish because it takes up 2 1/2 plates usually, but whatever...Im a big eater...LOL. ha im with you man... big italian family so we each eat like a pound and a half, plus a huge bowl of meatballs and italian sausage. i'd say like 5 times a week leftovers thru the day

i guess its really hard eating enough when you're not hungry. i think i eat around 8k-9k a day. the lb bag of granola i eat each day is 5k alone. then i eat a 6 pack of english muffins in the morning with butter and 4 eggs. school lunch which is calculated at 600 calories so yea. 3 ham and cheeze sandwiches after school 2 bags of ramen about an hour later "i make my ramen with 2 hard boiled eggs in it" (good). dinner. and usualy 2 peanut butter and letuce sandwiches right before bed. snacks in between meals.

8-9k a day and you weigh 15 stone? jeez... you must exercise a lot. when i was playing competetive rugby i could max out at 5k, but then i got injured, didnt change my diet and piled on the weight

I wouldn't cut the "good" fatty foods down too much. Nuts, avacados, olive oils, can all add up quickly in calories that are beneficial to your health and calorie dense. I cannot eat like some of these other guys, but I don't feel that mega calories are needed to achieve growth, more important to time your amino acid intake to get optimum uptake.
