how am i doing so far with strength?

figured it was appropriate in here. Right now my best lifts are 250 bench 300 squat and 345 deadlift im 16 and weigh about 215ish ill probably cut down under 200 during winter just curious if those lifts are good raw?
219 weight trying to lower 217 now. 2 months later. lol. 250 bench 305 squat 345 deadlift

As far as competition at your age and weight, I would probably say its respectable but you would def need to raise them. at 16 your benching more then your BW, and Squating/deadlifting around 1.5 give or take some. I would say your doing just fine. I think its pretty impressive for a 16 year old.

thanks for opinion i feel weak looking at the 20x275 and i can barely get 3 or 4 reps of 275

ive been training a little longer then you and im 25 :P Im not nearly as strong as I wanna be though, so I know how you feel. Just worry about your own goals, and dont worry so much about comparing yourself to others. Theres always going to be some variable(s) to account for that are going to make things different for everyone. Your only 16, I can only imagine if you keep training properly what you will be putting up at 18,19 and 20.

ive only been seriously training for a year. maybe. and ive had alot of set backs with my back etc so its been a pain to keep at it.
