Honesy Question about voice deepening
-

( #1 )
Hey everyone, I dont think I have introduced myself before. I have been lifting weights since I was 16, im now 21 and I have made pretty significant gains over the past few years with no supp use. Let me get straight to my point, I have a career where voice is very important and I would like to know which if any supps, PS' s etc deepen the voice. Not because I am opposing it but because I would like to lower my voice tone a couple octaves. Thanx for the help Sean

I' m in no way encouraging this, but one of my friends (female) had a career where voice was important, and wanted to deepen her voice, and she took up smoking to deepen her voice a bit and it worked. Smoking is very very unhealthy and once again i don' t encourage you to do it, i' m just stating that it can in fact have an impact on your voice PEACE

You would be better off talking to a speech therapist. They can teach you to breath and exhale through your stomach rather than your lungs, giving you a deeper voice.
