i have no idea what to take any more ......i use to take 100% whey form GNC and that worked great i gained 12 pounds and mostly mucsle form it but i later on switched to talknig muscle milk and i wasnt satisfied with the results..........and now i want to take creatine and i have two diffrent types creatine xtreme and creatine mono....... i want to get alot bigger becuase iam hoping by my junior year in high school i can get alot of reps for my varsity football team i play safty and corner and wide reciever

supplements are like 5% of results. u should be focusing more onur training and diet if u want real results

You should be doing various types of speed training all the time. Safety is the fastest person on the D. Unless you are seriously undersized, you should be more concerned about clocking some blazing fast 40 and shuttle times than about getting bigger. What's your height/weight/40/shuttle now?

thanks for the advice .....iam about 5'9 142 pounds and my 40 was 5.2 but that was last football season so maybe iam at 5 flat

hey thanks for the great advice ive been doing alot more cardio and other stuff to help my speed and i got my time down to a 4.9 so hopefuly i can get it even lower but iam happy with the time.

Work hard and good luck this season. like alot of people ive seen on here weigh so little i would wanna be like 180+ but then again im a linebacker. also agree everything on here is good try to get a 4.8 40 atleast.
