I haven't been on this site a couple of months now. I looking through some post all of you improved alot, holy ****!!! David1991 has an awesome v-taper (im really impressed), rippedchick looks like she put on some muscle and/or got leaner, soccerking3000 and mr. 209 look alot better too. and yet...well he's yet so he had nothing to improve, he was already perfect (no homo).

Hey everybody. I am really new to this kind of stuff, like posting and forums and all that junk. I just been reading all these threads and they seemed sort of helpful. I am 22 m. I have been on and off of working out for the past three years, im about 205 lbs 6'3", not where I wanna be but thats a diff. story. Maybe you guys can help me out with some ****. or vice versa. I still gotta post like pics and stuff to I guess.
